LAWYER/REFERRAL SERVICE

Do you know what "unbundled" services are? Do you know what a limited scope retainer is?

 

These are services where a lawyer or paralegal (in Ontario) provides legal services for your case on a "pay as you go" basis. Often, legal service providers will only handle cases that they can manage from the start AND that their client gives them a large retainer for.  

 

Whether you need help drafting documents, perfecting your appeal or getting an assessment on your case/materials, a lawyer or paralegal can be a helpful tool. 

 

Our Lawyer/Referral Service is currently available on a case-by-case basis. We can pre-screen and/or interview lawyers or paralegals that offer unbundled services or limited scope retainers.

NOTE/UPDATE: On average, we put 5-10 hours over several weeks into a lawyer search for clients. This includes all time waiting for lawyers to return our calls/emails.
