PLEASE NOTE: COACHING IS BILLED IN 5 MINUTE INCREMENTS. COURTROOM FEEDBACK IN BILLED IN 10 MINUTE INCREMENTS. COURTROOM FEEDBACK IS NOT BILLED DURING COURTROOM DOWNTIME (RECESSES/BREAKS, ETC). COMMUNICATIONS ARE BILLED IN 1-5 MINUTE INCREMENTS BASED ON TYPE OF COMMUNICATION.
WE OFFER FEE WAIVERS FOR PERSONS IN SEVERE FINANCIAL NEED. (INCOME FOR SINGLE PERSONS LESS THAN $7000/YR - FAMILIES WITH HOUSEHOLD INCOME LESS THAN $12,000/YR - LESS THAN $2000 IN ASSETS) LATEST CRA ASSESSMENTS & OTHER DOCUMENTS ARE NECESSARY FOR VERIFICATION. OTHER RESTRICTIONS MAY APPLY.
Our Organization Membership includes 2 free hours of our coaching or research services (per year), to use as you wish. For more on our annual membership, please click here. Please note Organization Memberships are non-refundable and any refunds on pre-payment funds are subject to a processing fee. New clients receive two hours of promotional time.
